Property Management Tiers
We believe you should stay with us because you love our service, not because you are trapped in a long contract. That is why our flexible Property Management Tiers operate on a 30-day rolling notice. (To keep things fair for everyone, if a management contract is ended within the first 6 months while our placed tenant remains in the property, our standard Tenant Find fee simply applies).
Tenant Find Only
Perfect for experienced landlords who want to manage their own properties but need help finding the right people. We will market your property, conduct viewings, find the ideal tenant, and handle all the initial contracts and paperwork. Once the tenancy is signed and sealed, we hand the reins back over to you.
Part-Managed
A great middle-ground. We handle everything in Tier 1, plus we secure the deposit in the official Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and act as the main point of contact for the tenant. Rent is paid directly to your account via standing order, keeping you in complete control, and we simply invoice you for our fair management fee. If any repairs or maintenance are needed, we will notify you so you can organize your own contractors.
Fully Managed
Total peace of mind. We handle absolutely everything from Tier 1 and 2, plus full maintenance coordination. For ultimate transparency, tenants pay their rent straight to you, and we invoice our management fee separately. While we don't use an in-house maintenance team (which keeps your costs down!), we will source fair, competitive quotes from trusted local contractors whenever something breaks, and the contractor will invoice you directly.
